Launch Show
It's time to start dancing - Strictly's back. Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe take the helm as a brand new year in the ballroom begins. The show opens in spectacular style, with an incredible performance from the entire Strictly cast. Fifteen celebrities nervously wait to find out their professional partners, and this year, there's a twist. Five new pros make their entrance on the dance floor, and reigning champion, Karen Carney, returns for an epic performance. Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke return to the judging panel to keep a watchful eye over proceedings before the competition officially kicks off.

Week 1
It's the first live show of 2026, and the full Strictly cast take to the floor for an incredible opening performance. Emma, Josh and Jojo welcome our 15 couples back to the ballroom as they prepare to perform for the very first time. While there's no public vote or elimination this week, there will still be plenty of paddle action as Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke award the first set of scores. Those will be carried over to week 2, when viewers will have their first opportunity to vote for their favourites. For now, our couples can enjoy their dance floor debut safe in the knowledge that they'll be back for more.

Week 2
Emma, Josh and Jojo welcome our 15 couples back to the ballroom for the second round of performances. As always, judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke will be on hand to offer feedback and give scores. At the end of the show, the public vote opens for the first time. The judges' scores from the last two weeks will be added together and combined with the public vote, and the bottom two couples will face each other in the next show's dance-off. Who will be your favourite?

Week 2 Results
It's the first results show of the series, and our 15 couples nervously wait to find out the results. Emma, Josh and Jojo reveal the bottom two couples who must go head-to-head in the dance-off. Who will be the first to depart the dance floor?
